Well, I'm not quite sure how ...Lovely pictures. Well, I'm not quite sure how the law is. I think if nudity disturbs somebody, it is not allowed in public (except nude beaches and such of course). That's something that the police obviously can't check at the bike ride, and maybe they fear complaints?!
